Information JASBEK may collect
JASBEK Home Care Services may collect information submitted through care requests, recruitment applications and website enquiries. This may include name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, location, service request details, recruitment details, CV uploads and any message or information provided by the user.
Care request information may include health-related details if the user chooses to provide them. Public care request forms should not be used to submit full clinical records or emergency medical information.
How the information is used
JASBEK uses submitted information to respond to service requests, discuss home care needs, manage recruitment applications, contact applicants or clients, operate the website securely and keep appropriate private admin records.
Where an email address is supplied, JASBEK may use it to confirm care requests or recruitment applications, send operational recruitment status updates and send transactional admin-access emails. These messages are operational and transactional; submitting a form does not add the user to a marketing mailing list.
CVs submitted through the recruitment form are stored privately. Access to recruitment, care request and CV information is restricted to authorised JASBEK administrators.
Data sharing and access
JASBEK does not sell personal data. Information may be used internally to provide services, respond to enquiries and manage recruitment. Admin access is restricted and protected.
At this stage, this website does not provide patient portal accounts, family portal accounts, clinical records access or applicant login accounts.
